Are you excited to go find steals and deals this Black Friday? Last year, one of our bloggers gave us a list of the items they had been eyeing for Black Friday. Here are some of the items I’m hoping to buy this year!
Primer
I’ve been on the longest journey trying to find a new primer that will actually work for me. I’ve been using Milk’s Hydro Grip primer for a long time now but it isn’t doing much for my makeup anymore. I’ve been wanting to try the Dr. Brandt Primer just to see for myself if my pores will actually disappear. The reviews are starting to convince me, so maybe I’ll have a product review for you all soon!
Foundation
Drugstore foundation is always my go-to but I slowly started developing some sort of reaction to my usual drugstore one. I’ve been wanting to try a foundation from the Clean section at Sephora. LYS Beauty’s Serum Foundation is the one I’ve been wanting specifically, it has good reviews, great shade range, and I love that it claims to be a buildable foundation. Bite Beauty’s Micellar Foundation is another clean foundation I’d like to try. It’s currently on sale, I might just give in!
Blush
For this year’s sale, I’m really looking forward to finding a good blush! I’ve been using one from Kylie Cosmetics for years but it sadly broke a few months ago so I’ve been swirling my brush in a snack bag filled with the broken blush. It’s definitely time for an upgrade. I’m a matte blush type of girl which is why I’ve been eyeing Makeup by Mario’s Powder Blush. I swatched both the earthy pink shade and the berry shade and absolutely loved them. The berry shade would look gorgeous on darker skin tones for sure. Another blush I’ve been eyeing leans on the more expensive side but since it’s Black Friday, it’s definitely something I’m considering purchasing. Pat McGrath Labs’ Divine Powder Blush in Paradise Venus is to die for and it’s currently out of stock but I am praying it comes back before the sales start!
